Nicole is passionate about sharing her love of fitness and health with others. She loves helping her clients be active in ways that are approachable and fun for them, while also achieving their goals! She aspires to show all of her clients how to adopt a balanced approach to wellness which incorporates fitness, nutrition, self-care, and recovery.
She holds a bachelor’s of science and an ACE personal training certification.
She has always lead a very active lifestyle, and loves running, lifting, yoga, hiking, snowboarding, gardening, anything outdoors, and she loves to have fun!
